This is a project for work. I built the 3d model in Allplan and rendered it in 3DS MAX 9 with v-ray. I can't say what time exactly it took to build the model because i had to change it sveral times. I did the rendering for a day or two because Allplan is very incompatable with 3DS MAX and importing of large models takes veery long time.
This image in particular i did for myself because i realy didn't like the textured renderings that clients always want.
I am glad that other people like it too. :)

PS: I did not do the design of the building, and i don't like it very much at all.

hotel by ~pocuxp "Stylish portrayals of construction projects are a challenge by many. How much detail do you show? How much of the surrounding scene should be incorporated into it? This artist took a decidedly minimalistic approach to the surrounding, and a very detailed approach to the building itself, showing dense, but clean, line work, with some subtle shades of color here and there that all adds up to a force that pulls your eyes right into it to examine it's excellence. Truly a very skilled and stylish portrayal" - nieman ( Suggested by `nieman and Featured by `MistressWit )

Too much of the building's form is lost in textured renders... But the customers are always right, or else people like us will be out of our jobs.

Awesome job by the way. Could've used a wider angle to get the left side of the building aligned with the frame? Just a thought.
